Refund policy

In accordance with the law on distance selling you have the right to declare that you give up the purchase, without having to pay a fine and without having to give a reason, within 15 calendar days from the day following delivery of the product or conclusion of the sales contract. The customer must first contact Momentum and inform them of the return. A return number is granted, which must be mentioned on each correspondence and on the returned package. The goods must then be returned within 10 working days. The delivery costs will be borne by the customer. In order for the customer to claim a refund, the goods must be unused and must arrive in the original condition and in the original packaging at Momentum. If all the conditions are met, Momentum agrees to pay the full purchase amount within 15 days. Articles must be returned to the following address: Momentum, C / O X.R.
